Taxi fares are based on zones. Zone 1 includes the flats, the mole, Whittley and Marilla, and out to the Casino. Zone 2 are the Terraces, Pebbly Beach, Descanso Beach, up the Canyon past the Sand Trap, and the back roads behind Tremont. Zone 3 is anything out side of those zones in town as displayed on the map.
